Eufy RoboVac X9 Pro: Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo Specs

The Eufy RoboVac X9 on this page matches what Eufy sells as the eufy Clean X9 Pro with Auto-Clean Station (model T2320): 5,500 Pa suction, two spinning mop pads and a dock that washes them. I couldn't find a separate product called plain "RoboVac X9" with these figures, so the specs below are the X9 Pro's.

I haven't run this robot in my own house. This page is a researched summary of Eufy's regional product pages and a spec database, not a hands-on test.

Specs that check out

• Suction: 5,500 Pa, with carpet boost.
• Mopping: two rotating pads at 180 RPM (3 rotations per second) pressing with about 1 kg. The mops lift 12 mm automatically when the robot meets carpet, per Eufy's EU listing.
• Battery: 5,200 mAh with recharge-and-resume. Eufy's pages I could reach don't state a runtime.
• Dock: the Auto-Clean Station washes the mop pads and refills the water tank. It doesn't empty the dustbin by itself, according to the spec database.
• Dustbin: about 400 ml on Eufy's EU listing, 410 ml elsewhere.
• Thresholds: sources disagree on the climb height: 17 mm on Eufy's EU page, 20 mm in one spec database and 25 mm at a retailer. Don't count on anything above 17 mm.
• Navigation: a laser distance sensor builds the map, with a front camera for object recognition.
• App and voice: a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi app handles scheduling, no-go and no-mop zones, room selection and real-time tracking. Alexa and Google Assistant are listed. I found nothing on Matter support.

What it won't do

No self-emptying dock, so you still empty the bin. Eufy publishes no figure for how long it runs per charge on the pages I could open. And multi-floor mapping, which this page used to promise, isn't in the sources I found.

Price and availability

Eufy's EU and UK listings showed 899 euros and 899 pounds. A spec database showed $579.14 on Amazon US in December 2024. This page is marked discontinued, but I found no Eufy notice that the X9 Pro was retired, only one for the older X8 Pro in July 2025. Treat availability as unconfirmed and check eufy.com for your region before ordering.

Is it for you?

It suits a mixed-floor home where you want the mops rinsed for you and aren't bothered by emptying a bin. If you want the dock to empty itself, look at a newer Eufy Omni model. Control is through voice assistants and the app, so it fits a smart home routine, with Alexa and Google Assistant for starts and stops. How the mopping side works

The X9 Pro mops with two round pads that spin at 180 RPM and press down with about a kilogram of force, which is the number Eufy leads with. A single pad dragged across the floor smears, while two pads rotating move dirt along and scrub at the same time. The mops lift 12 mm when the robot detects carpet, so it shouldn't soak a rug, though you should still keep the heavier-pile carpets and the mop zones separate in the app, since the no-mop zone setting exists for exactly that reason.

The Auto-Clean Station washes the pads and refills the water tank, so the robot goes back to the dock mid-job without you. What it doesn't do is empty the dust bin, which is about 400 ml. Every few runs you'll lift it out and tip it. I'd call that the real trade-off here: you get a hands-off mop and a hands-on bin.

Living with it

Wi-Fi is 2.4 GHz only, according to the spec database I checked, so if your router merges its bands into one name, pair the robot while your phone is on the 2.4 GHz side. The app lets you draw no-go and no-mop zones and pick rooms, and the laser distance sensor builds the map on the first run. Give it a clear floor for that first pass. Shoes, cables and cat toys all end up on the map as walls.

The front camera handles object recognition, so it should steer around obvious clutter. How well it does with a dark cable on a dark floor is the sort of thing only owners can tell you, and I'd read recent reviews for exactly that.

Buying notes

At 899 euros or pounds on Eufy's own EU and UK pages the X9 Pro competes with robots that empty their own bins. At the $579 Amazon price from December 2024, it looked far better value. Because this page carries a discontinued flag, treat any price you see as a clearance price and check the warranty terms. Eufy's regional pages list 12 months. If a newer Eufy Omni model is within your budget, the self-emptying dock is the feature to compare first.

Where it sits among mop-and-vacuum combos

A combo robot has to do two jobs with one battery, and that's where most of them compromise. The X9 Pro's answer is dual spinning pads and a washing station, and it's the reason the specs list reads like a mid-range machine with a high-end mop. What it leaves out, the self-emptying bin, is something some other combo robots do include. If hands-off bin care matters more to you than the scrubbing pressure, look at those instead, and compare the dock spec lines before you compare suction numbers.
