Does the Color Night Vision Actually Work?

Yes, and it works well within about 20 feet. The integrated spotlight fires the moment the motion sensor triggers, and the VMC2030 captures full-color footage instead of infrared black-and-white. At my side gate position, I could identify jacket color and distinguish between two people clearly at 15 feet.
